- Describe conceptual frameworks for understanding and intervening on cardiometabolic disease disparities
- Define structural interventions
- Key features and examples of structural interventions with the potential to promote equity in cardiometabolic conditions
- Challenges to developing and deploying structural interventions
- Opportunities and Recommendations for developing and implementing structural interventions to promote equity for cardiometabolic conditions.
