This semester, three Goodman Campbell physicians joined the faculty at Purdue University’s Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering as adjunct assistant professors. Dr. Albert Lee, Dr. Daniel Sahlein, and Dr. Derron Wilson each committed to three-year-long faculty appointments to include research collaborations and lecture opportunities.

“Teaching is a critical commitment for our physicians alongside their duties of patient care, research, and continuing professional development,” said Derek Cantrell, Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. “We believe that investment in education is the key to medical excellence, and we’re so happy to find a partner in Purdue University who agrees.”

Goodman Campbell is also now hosting undergraduate engineering students for clinical experiences to provide real world exposure to interventional device procedures.
