Save the date: Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute Retreat at Purdue

The Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (Indiana CTSI) Retreat will take place on Jan. 31 at Purdue’s Martin C. Jischke Hall of Biomedical Engineering.

The retreat will feature a keynote address from Bruce J. Tromberg, director of the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, and highlight research collaborations and opportunities associated with the Engineering-Medicine Partnership between Purdue's College of Engineering and the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Engineering and clinical topics during the breakout poster sessions are wearable technologies, point of care diagnostics, health care data connectivity, personalized medicine, pediatrics, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, oncology and substance use disorders.

Partners of Indiana CTSI are Purdue University, the IU School of Medicine and the University of Notre Dame.
