3MT™ is a research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland. The competition challenges participants to present their research, its significance, and relevance in just 180 seconds, in a compelling form that can be understood by an intelligent audience with no background in the research area. The exercise supports the development of research students' capacity to consolidate their ideas, crystalize their research discoveries, and communicate their ideas to a live audience.
