Professors Sherry Voytik-Harbin and Corey Neu have been selected to receive funding from the Office of the Vice President for Research for a new program, the Emerging Research Incentive Grant program.

Professor Voytik-Harbin's proposal, entitled "Integrative Tissue Systems Biology and Engineering: In-vitro 3D Models of Vascularized Human Tissues" and Professor Neu's proposal, "Next-Generation Orthobiologics for Joint Repair" were selected from 105 applications for two years of funding. The submitted proposals totalled over $29.2 million, compared to the budgeted $3 million, and represented a wide breadth of scholarly activities from across the university.

Congratulations to both on their meritorious submissions.
