Cheng Selected as University Faculty Scholar
Ji-Xin Cheng, BME's newest University Faculty Scholar
Ji-Xin Cheng, Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Chemistry, has been selected by colleagues and a panel of senior and distinguished professors to be a University Faculty Scholar.
The Faculty Scholar Award is for a period of five years, beginning the Fall semester of 2012, and provides financial support in supplies and expense account for the support of his research program. Dr. Cheng's outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the programs of the College of Engineering qualified him for this very competitive award.
