Julie Arndt is the Director of Commercial Managed Programs in Boeing Global Services. In this role, she is responsible for managing the integration of fleet performance, maintenance execution, supplier management, engineering, and materials for Airline operators around the world.

Prior to this assignment, Arndt was the Boeing Commercial Airplane Chief Engineer for the Seat Integration Team. In that role, she lead a cross functional team responsible for integration and certification of attendant and passenger seats for all Boeing commercial aircraft.

Arndt also held the role of Chief Engineer for 737 MAX, PD & 777X Regulatory Administration. She was responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated program-level strategy and plan to obtain FAA type certification, EASA certification, and initial delivery.

In her 20 years at Boeing, Arndt has held several positions within Engineering and Program Management. She has led teams responsible for 787 Certification, 737 Safety, Certification & Performance, and has worked in Program Management on the 747-8 and 737 program, 737 Engineering Delivery Support, and Flight Test.

Prior to joining Boeing, Arndt was a Field Engineer for GE Industrial and Power Systems where she managed maintenance projects and was the lead technical director for a combined cycle co-gen power plant installation in Maryland. Additionally, she interned at General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas, and accomplished work in aerodynamic analysis, propulsion analysis and mission analysis.

Arndt received a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue in 1991 and completed an Executive Development Program at Stanford.
