The School of Materials Engineering is pleased to announce that Professor Carol Handwerker has been named the Reinhardt Schuhmann Distinguished Professor of Materials Engineering, ratified by the board of directors on Aug. 4th, 2023! This recognition is in support of her outstanding contributions to materials improvements in electronics and leadership in addressing critical materials for the country.
