Carolina is currently a PhD student in the Industrial Engineering Department. She is interested in the human factors field, as well as the Game-based learning area. She is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and as part of her work in GEPP; she is in charge of the statistical analysis of the IDI collected data in different on-campus and off-campus courses.
