First-year graduate student Joseph Lukens has been awarded a National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship through the Department of Defense. This fellowship is offered to U.S. citizens and nationals pursuing a doctoral degree in scientific disciplines of DoD interest. The three-year award covers all tuition and fees and provides a monthly stipend to its recipients. Joseph Lukens is advised by Professor Andrew M. Weiner.
