Research
Atomic, Molecular, and Optical (AMO) Physics; Quantum Optics; Quantum Computing, Simulation, and Networking. I study the dynamics of interacting many-body quantum systems. In my lab, we develop optical technologies for fast, non-destructive measurements of precisely controlled arrays of individually trapped atoms. Combined with low-latency decision-making and feedback electronics, these measurements enable real-time control of large systems for quantum computing and simulation.
