COMPES: Coaching and Mentoring for Purdue ECE Students
COMPES (pronounced compass) is an opportunity for students to meet with ECE faculty to get guidance/advice on topics such as course content/selection, research, graduate school, and industry experience. Faculty who have joined this program will have available times in BoilerConnect and you pick one that is the professional area of your interest. Please note that these meetings are not intended to replace your registration meeting with your advisor. They are opportunities for you to seek advice from faculty which may include which classes to take to gain exposure to certain subject material or help you prepare for a particular job in the future.
