The Workforce Recruitment Program for Students with Disabilities
 
The Workforce Recruitment Program for Students with Disabilities (WRP - https://www.wrp.gov/wrp) is a recruitment and referral program that connects Federal Government and select private-sector employers nationwide with highly-motivated current undergraduates, graduate students and recent alumni with disabilities seeking paid internships or permanent jobs. Only US citizens are eligible to participate.
 
Applying to the WRP is an excellent way to:
  • Find an internship or permanent position
  • Explore careers in the federal service
  • Gain interviewing experience
The WRP opened for student registrations on August 26.
 
The deadline to register to participate is October 15.
 
 
There will be info-sessions via Zoom to discuss the application process and deadlines, and to share what participants can expect from the WRP. Interested folks are encouraged to sign up for the earliest session they are able to attend! These are also listed on the CCO calendar:
