Job description: IBM is seeking co-op engineer to develop and support our product design enablement tools. With this role, co-op engineers can participate in various aspects of state-of-the-art Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) technology and circuit design enablement; e.g., performing DC, AC and noise measurement to characterize CMOS devices and circuits, running EDA tools to verify and improve compact model and circuit simulation accuracy. Co-op engineer will be working on IBM's leading-edge semiconductor technology (e.g., 14nm, 10nm CMOS) for high-speed digital and analog applications and will interact with IBM's device, modeling, test and circuit design engineers. BS degree in EE or physics with experience or course work in semiconductor device, circuit design is desired.
