Spring 2026 Course: Seminar Class CS59200 (Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing)
Spring 2026: Seminar Class CS59200 (Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing)
I’m excited to share that I’ll be teaching a new CS 59200 seminar class: Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing in the upcoming spring semester. If you’re interested in the future of computing beyond traditional devices, this course is for you! We’ll begin with a broad overview of mobile and ubiquitous computing and explore key subareas such as wearables, human–computer interaction, mobile health, and on-device ML. The seminar is built around active discussion: students will read and discuss two research papers per class, helping you develop critical reading skills and gain exposure to the latest advances in the field.
