Program Description
Full Time: WERLD is focused on developing a strong engineering foundation in order to prepare participants for the variety of career paths available within Whirlpool’s Global Product Organization. Program participants benefit from impactful assignments, global team projects, integrated training, potential for a technical Master’s degree and formal coaching and mentoring programs.
 
Internship: 3 Month Summer Program at the Whirlpool Technology Centers in Benton Harbor/MI.
 
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
  • Computer Engineering/Science or relevant engineering field
  • Cumulative G.P.A. of 2.8/4.0 or higher
  • Ability to apply engineering theory to practical problems and demonstrated technical ability through project work
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts at a high level and in depth
  • Ability to work with and lead teams
