Position Title: IT Management Internship
What We Do: This role provides an opportunity for an individual seeking a career in IT management to develop skills related to technology and security across cloud administration, data privacy and compliance, device management, and technical support. This role has the option to extend past the internship period.
Our internship program provides the foundational skills to be an IT management professional.
Nousot builds data and analytics pipelines to help companies gain essential business insights. As a software/service company we develop custom solutions and reusable frameworks to quickly solve a variety of analytics problems. The work is fast-paced and ever-changing. We’ve built solutions that provide dynamic pricing, next-best product recommendations, demand forecasting, customer segmentation, market penetration estimates, and lead ranking for marketing campaigns. We offer predictive analytics products to a variety of business sectors from retail and consumer packaged goods to financial services and social media.

- Problem-solving skills, a keen eye for security vulnerabilities, and an ability to research solutions.
- Coursework completed in a relevant area of study.
Bonus Points for You
- You are seeking to transition to a full-time IT management position in 2024.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
IT Management Internship Responsibilities
- Implement tools to support various IT management functions.
- Participate in the rollout of compliance and security practices.
- Administer a fleet of company- and employee-owned devices and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in audit documentation, such as procedure review, automating timed review tracking, etc.
- Manage access to materials according to a classification system.
- Review logs and alerts to identify security anomalies.
- Own the delivery of at least one project to improve the Nousot quality of life, such as onboarding/offboarding automation, remote laptop support, and Slackbot improvements.
