Free snacks, coffee, and more provided
Come celebrate the opening of our new Libraries space! At the Knowledge Lab, you’re free to explore, experiment, craft, play, and turn your ideas into rapid prototypes using a variety of materials, equipment, and software. Free to the Purdue community, it’s your first stop in a pipeline of idea actualization opportunities on campus.
The Knowledge Lab offers many resources including:
- VR headsets
- GoPro cameras
- Vinyl cutter
- Riso printer
- Podcast booth
- Sewing machines
- Button makers
- Mug presses
- Classes and workshops (coming soon) • Heat presses for t-shirts and bags
- Design Thinking station with cardboard, electronics, modeling clay, and more
- Textiles for knitting and crocheting
- Equipment and tools for checkout
Knowledge Lab Hours (beginning February 15, 2023):
M, W, F 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tu, Th 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Drop-ins welcome, no appointment necessary.
