As part of a multi-year strategic plan, we are growing our interdisciplinary faculty who are doing research in visual analytics, data science, trustable AI, decision-making, and novel architectures for AI at the University of Oklahoma. Currently, we have three faculty in visual analytics, visualization, and HCI. We also have a large number of collaborating faculty in cognitive science, decision-making, AI, human factors, digital humanities, and data science. It is a great time to join OU as we continue to build in foundational areas, rapidly grow our externally funded convergent research programs, and our data-enabled research and creative activities to solve societal challenges.
