Rakesh Agrawal, Winthrop E. Stone Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering, was elected a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) in 2009.

Rakesh Agrawal, Winthrop E. Stone Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering, was elected a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) in  November 2009. This honor testifies to the high esteem in which he is held by his peers. Dr. Agrawal will be recognized at the AIChE Annual Meeting in San Antonio, TX, to be held March 21-25, 2010.

 
The grade of Fellow in AIChE is a special category of membership that identifies and honors that group of Senior Member chemical engineers who have made meaningful impacts on the profession. Election as Fellow is a recognition of professional attainment, and significant accomplishment in engineering.
