Dr. George E. Pollock IV is principal director of the Architecture and Design Subdivision (ADS) in the Systems Engineering Division at The Aerospace Corporation, where he leads a nationwide team of systems engineers and system architects supporting national security, civil, and commercial space missions. Previously, Pollock served as director of the Astrodynamics Department, where his emphases were on space security capabilities and cislunar missions. 

He currently co-leads Aerospace’s cislunar ecosystem enterprise integration team. George earned B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University, and he is the university champion for Aerospace's corporate partnership with Purdue. He is co-author of a textbook, Introduction to Orbital Perturbations.
