Wifi Calling
WiFi calling is an option when you are in an area where regular cell service may not be available but there is WiFi coverage, many basements on campus being one example.
We have tested Wifi Calling on PAL and Eduroam with success, we would not suggest using WiFi calling on the 'attwifi' available on campus as we found the connection too poor for a good voice connection.
Your ability to use WiFi for phone calls varies by the wireless carrier you use and your phone model.
Here are links to most major wireless carriers' information on WiFi calling:

Note: Not all cell phones will work with WiFi calling. Please check with your carrier.
