Windows Printing: Slow/Hanging Print Jobs (Toshiba Printers)

Windows 7:

  1. Click Start, then Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer.
  3. Click Printer Properties.

  4. Click "Preferences" button.

  5. Click "Others" tab.
  6. Make sure "SNMP Communication" box is unchecked.

  7. Click "OK" to save and close the printer preferences, and "OK" once more to close the printer properties.

Windows 10:

  1. Click Start, then the Settings Icon
  2. Click on Devices and select Printers & Scanners from the left hand list.

  3. Click on the printer.
  4. Click the "Manage" Button.

  5. Click the Printing Preferences link in the left hand list.

  6. Click "Others" tab.
  7. Make sure "SNMP Communication" box is unchecked.

  8. Click "OK" to save and close the printer preferences, and "OK" once more to close the printer properties.
