Revit 2013 Templates

The Revit 2013 Templates were not included when Revit was installed.
While these can be copied to each machine, the following steps must be taken to
add the paths to these Templates for each user's account.  It may be determined how
to make these changes automatically in the future.

-open revit 2013
-click on the "R" upper left hand corner
-click on options
-click on file locations
-under project template files click the + sign
-add construction template path = c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Templates\US Imperial
-add Architectural template path = c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Templates\US Imperial
-add Structural template path = c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Templates\US Imperial
-add Mechanical template path = c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Templates\US Imperial
-add Electrical template path = c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Templates\US Imperial
-change the default path for family template to:
     c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Family Templates\English_I
-click on places button
-click the + sign
-add Imperial Library path = c$\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Libraries\US Imperial
-add Imperial Detail Library path = c$\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2013\Libraries\US Imperial\Detail Items

These changes appear to write to the file:

"%AppData%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2013\Revit.ini"
