If your PDFCreator stops working, please try resetting the printer queue. Here are the steps to perform this action:
1. Go to Start button --> Programs --> ECN Software --> PDF Creator
2. Open the the PDFcreator application in this menu
3. Once the application comes up, you can:
- click the printer icon in the upper left portion and it will turn red
- click the printer icon in the upper left portion again and it will turn green
Then try to create your PDF again. If this does not work, please contact us by submitting a trouble ticket through the ECN Trouble Report.
