Outlook & Microsoft Exchange Server

If you see any problems with ITaP's Microsoft Exchange Server and sending email:

1. Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel, and open the Mail panel.

2. Click on E-mail Accounts:

3. Pick View or Change existing e-mail account:

4. Make sure the Microsoft Exchange Server is highlighted, click change:

5. Click on More Settings:

6. This is the important bit: Go to the security Tab, and make sure that the user identification box is checked: Always prompt for user name and password.

Close Outlook, reopen it, and try again.  Let us know if issues persist:
