OpenOffice.org 3 update issue

The problem:

Users may encounter error dialog boxes each time they start an OpenOffice.org application.  The error may be dismissed with no resulting problems in the program execution, but are an unnecessary annoyance.  These errors are caused by a configuration file from an earlier version of OpenOffice.org (v 1.x).  The text of the error messages are:

Error Loading BASIC of document file:///usr/lib/ooo-1.1/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.

and:

Error loading BASIC of document file:///usr/lib/ooo-1.1/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.

The solution:

The following files should be replaced in the users' home directory with files from the OpenOffice.org distribution:

• .openoffice.org/3/user/basic/dialog.xlc
• .openoffice.org/3/user/basic/script.xlc

The files used to replace them are:

• /opt/openoffice.org/basis3.1/share/basic/dialog.xlc
• /opt/openoffice.org/basis3.1/share/basic/script.xlc
