Purdue Exchange Email Migration

What is going on?
Purdue's on premise Exchange email is moving to Microsoft's Exchange Cloud service. Details can be found at: https://www.itap.purdue.edu/email/migration.html (Includes a schedule)
EVPRP and Discovery Park: Week of March 18th
Engineering & the Polytechnic: Week of April 1st
Consider that you may be moved at a slightly different schedule based on your appointment, eg: You may work in ABE, but might belong to the College of Agriculture, in which case you would move week of March 1st.
What do I need to do?
Wait for your email to migrate. Do not fall for phishing emails with links - actively type out URLs or settings, rather than clicking on any link. If you are using Outlook on a PC managed by us, settings should automatically change. If you are using any other clients, see bullet #2, 3 and 4 below
AFTER your account has been moved, we have discovered that the following changes will need to be made:
1 The URL to check email via the web will be: https://outlook.office365.com . If you wish to continue using owa.purdue.edu, you may need to clear your cache.
2 Your login changes from onepurdue\yourlogin to email@example.com (use your login even if you have a secondary email address - eg firstname.lastname@example.org instead of FreshPrinceOfBelAir@purdue.edu)
3 Your email client (Thunderbird, AppleMail) server settings become:
Incoming server: outlook.office365.com
Outgoing smtp: smtp.office365.com
4 Your mobile device email account will need to be removed, and re-added as an Office365 email account with username: email@example.com
