This model has good microphones, automatic adjustable focus, and other features that result in a better videoconferencing experience.

For networking equipment, we recommend purchasing Allied Telesis models through us. They are slightly more expensive, but worth it for the better build quality and circuitry - they last much longer.  They also leave off features that can cause problems on our ITaP-managed connections, such as spanning tree detection and loop detection that some HP and other brand-name equipment adds on to their managed and semi-managed switches.
