Please join us for the Multimodal Nanoscale Characterization Workshop at the Birck Nanotechnology Center on September 22, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The morning session will feature invited speakers sharing their expertise and experiences with near-field characterization techniques. In the afternoon, attendees who register in advance will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on demonstration and measurement session based on availability.
