Time and spaces still are available for graduate students to enroll in GRAD 59000-035: Preparing Future Faculty. This 1- credit course, meeting Wednesdays from 2:30-3:45 pm in Young Hall room 175, is designed for those interested in pursuing academic careers, offering an opportunity to:

• Understand the range of faculty roles within the (modern American) university;
• Evaluate the academic job market and initiate the job search process; and,
• Create application materials for an academic faculty position.
