We have three tenure-track Assistant Professor faculty openings in the ECE Department at New York University (NYU).  I would be most grateful if you could share this with PhD students, post-docs, and colleagues in your department. 
 
We are looking to hire in the broad areas of Computer Engineering (including architecture, circuits, hardware devices, and systems), Control Systems, Energy/Power, and Wireless Communications (including antennas/radio propagation, circuits, networking, and theory).

The NYU Tandon School of Engineering has nationally renowned research centers that ECE faculty lead and participate in, including the Center for Cybersecurity, NYU Wireless, the Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications, and the Center for Urban Science + Progress. ECE faculty are also highly engaged in several school-wide research initiatives (which include communications, cybersecurity, data science/AI/robotics, and sustainability).  The ECE Department has 140 PhD students. NYU Tandon has over $50M in annual research expenditures, and has moved up in the USNWR ranking 47 places over the last 15 years.

Description
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering invites applications for three tenure-track Assistant Professor positions, to start on September 1, 2023.
 
NYU Tandon has nationally renowned research centers that ECE faculty lead and participate in, including the Center for Cybersecurity, NYU Wireless, the Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT), and the Center for Urban Science + Progress (CUSP). ECE faculty are also highly engaged in several school-wide research initiatives (including communications, cybersecurity, data science/AI/robotics, and sustainability).  ECE faculty advise more than 120 PhD students with support from multiple governmental agencies and corporate affiliates.
 
Qualifications
We are looking to hire in the broad areas of Computer Engineering (including architecture, circuits, hardware devices, and systems), Control Systems, Energy/Power, and Wireless Communications (including antennas/radio propagation, circuits, networking, and theory). The applicant should have a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline. The individual should have the potential to develop a strong record of scholarship, leadership, curricular innovation, and an excellent funding record. The applicant should demonstrate excellence in research, teaching and mentoring.
