Rakesh Agrawal, Winthrop E. Stone Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering, will be the inaugural recipient of the "Annual Technical Symposium Excellence in Research Award" from the Gas Processing Center at Qatar University.  Dr. Agrawal will receive his award at the first Annual Technical Symposium in January 2009.  He is being recognized for his contributions in the field of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
