Dr. Greenberg is responsible for a diversified set of technologies and programs. These programs cover rapidly advancing technological issues in areas such as solar and nuclear energy, civilian applications of satellites, energy conservation technology, electric and hybrid automobiles, offshore structural analysis techniques, energy resource development opportunities, and the strategic petroleum reserve, all of which have major national implications. He consults with government officials on policy and technical matters. Dr. Greenberg serves as chairman of the Aerospace Committee, whose goal is to develop mobility opportunities for employees and expand their talents. He is also a member of both the Professional Development and Aerospace Sponsored Research Committees.
