Robert D. Hostetler

Mr. Hostetler is responsible for directing the long-range profit structure of the corporation, establishing its objectives, plans, and policies, and representing its interests. He has been affiliated with CTS since 1965. In 1968 he was named assistant general manager for Knights, Inc. a CTS company in Sandwich, Illinois, and in 1973 he was named president of Knights. In 1977 Mr. Hostetler returned to corporate headquarters as vice president, and in 1978 he became group vice president of the high technology group of CTS companies. In the latter capacity, he oversaw the development of products for the data processing, telecommunications, and medical electronics markets. Since 1979 he has served in successively responsible administrative positions.
