Mr. Homsher is responsible for a program consisting of 60 F-15 airplanes, as well as all support, maintenance, training and construction items. This development project, integrated and coordinated by Mr. Homsher, has been one of the most successful programs in the history of American aviation. It was conducted on schedule, on cost, and met or exceeded over 95 percent of all specification requirements. The F-15 aircraft is considered the world's finest air superiority aircraft with a top speed of Mach 2.5. Mr. Homsher has experience involving project engineering, flight testing, and program management, including involvements with the Gemini Manned Spacecraft Vehicle, the F-111 Crew Module, and the Navy's VFX program, as well as the F-15 project.
