A much-decorated World War II flier, Mr. Nestel recently graduated from the United States Navy Test Pilot School so he could see and use, under actual Navy testing conditions, those instruments produced by his company, began 17 years ago in his home basement. Today, Consolidated employs more than 200 skilled engineers and technicians in the design and production of aerospace, marine and ground control systems, commercial and industrial television, and temperature measurement and control equipment. Mr. Nestel is an authority on the technical needs of airborne instrumentation.
