Please read on if you are a user of Coeus and are having trouble:

To apply the temporary fix, please do the following (anyone can do this, it is not an admin function):

Start > Settings > Search for “Control Panel” and open it > Java > Security > Edit Site List > Add>  https://coeus.itap.purdue.edu > Apply

Close all the windows, go to Coeus. It will likely pop up a security warning – you can accept the risk temporarily or permanently. This will likely require this process to be being applied per login session, that is to say, it’s not sticking through a reboot – we’re working on that as we speak.
