Shweta, a senior in EE from Mumbai, has been learning South Indian classical violin for seven years. Her musical journey began with the viola in her school orchestra, later deepening her passion for Indian classical music. She has performed and competed across Mumbai, earning accolades like the Lalgudi Jayaraman Proficiency Award and multiple endowment prizes.

With encouragement from the College of Engineering, the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering has started ECE Sound Sessions to highlight and celebrate the musical talents of our students, staff, and faculty. The performances will all take place in the MSEE Atrium and will last approximately 5-10 minutes each.
