The College of Engineering honored several AAE faculty and courtesy faculty during its Faculty Excellence Awards, including Steven Collicott (engagement), Tyler Tallman (early career teaching) and Steve Son (research). It also celebrated a group of "outstanding teachers."

Purdue's Board of Trustees approved faculty promotions. 

AAE students and faculty selected recipients for the School's faculty awards this spring. 

Carolin Frueh was selected by undergraduate students as the Elmer F. Bruhn Award winner.

Michael Sangid, the Elmer F. Bruhn Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics, was chosen by AAE colleagues to receive the C.T. Sun Research Award.

Jonathan Poggie was selected as the Outstanding Faculty Mentor by AAE graduate students. 

Karen Marais was chosen by AAE juniors and seniors as the Gustafson Award winner.
