Course Announcement:

The slides from March 2 (Monday), 4 (Wednesday) and 6 (Friday) letcures by Dr. Dmitry Zemlyanov (Dima) were uploaded. Research Presentations were uploaded. Our next research presentation session will work on novel channel materials. The proposed topics are (1) III-V [Sudharsan] (2)Germanium [Eunseon Yu] (3) CNT [Alden Fisher] (4) Graphene [Woohyun Park] (5) 2D TMDs [David Kortge]. The discussion session is tentatively scheduled on March 24 Tuesday 4:00pm-6:00pm at Birck. Thanks! I have uploaded all lectures in case there is any urgent action to deal with Coronavirus.

I will still teach MWF 8:30am-9:20am as before starting on March 23 Monday using this Webex. Even if you don't have internet access, you can call in and download ppt files yourself. Thanks!
