ECE 60658: Semiconductor Material and Device Characterization

Grading: Final Exam 100% Attendance/in class discussions/Research Presentation will be considered at marginal cases.

Announcement: Please attend the lab tour and experiment session at 3:00pm on the second floor of Birck Nanotechnology Center today (March 6 Friday). This 2.5-3 hour lab session will replace three lecture time on March 13 (Friday), March 23 (Monday) and March 25 (Wednesday). The week of March 16 is official spring break at Purdue. We don't have lectures from March 13 to March 25. You can use the break time to finish Homework 3 and prepare the research discussion sessions as arranged before. It is mandatory to have one presentation for each person who officially registered. Please send me e-mail request as soon as possible if you still haven't done so. The topics were taken if there is a name assigned. Each presentation is expected to be 15 minutes with 2-3 minutes Q&A. You are welcome to use Wiki, Google, ChatGPT or other AI-assistance.
