The Purdue University School of Industrial Engineering hosted an Awards Dinner and Ceremony on November 10. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and members of the IE Advisory Board attended the dinner in the Buchanan Room of the Ross-Ade Pavilion.
The Purdue Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) Professional Development Board planned four workshops to benefit IE students this semester. The fourth and final workshop will be held tonight (Nov. 17) at 7:45 PM in MSEE B102, on "Mannerisms".
The Purdue “Earthonauts” recently held their second outreach event at the Lake County Juvenile Detention Center in Crown Point, IN. Six volunteers worked with center participants on three sustainability activities.
The Purdue INFORMS Chapter was selected as a winner of the INFORMS 2016 Student Chapter Annual Award at the Magna Cum Laude level.
