Purdue INFORMS Chapter wins again

The Purdue INFORMS Chapter was selected as a winner of the INFORMS 2016 Student Chapter Annual Award at the Magna Cum Laude level. This is the second year that the Purdue Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) Chapter has won the INFORMS Student Chapter Annual Award at this level.
The award will be presented at the Student Awards Ceremony at the upcoming INFORMS Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN. The Student Awards Ceremony will be held on November 14, 2016. at 7:30 pm in the Omni-Broadway Hotel, with a reception immediately following. Purdue's current membership base includes students from IE, AAE, CE, Krannert, and other Purdue schools and colleges.
The Purdue INFORMS Chapter was represented by IE PhD candidate Mohammad Moshref-Javadi (INFORMS Chapter President), and IE PhD students Oscar Rincon Guevara and Edwin Kim (INFORMS VP of Financial Affairs).
