Landry & Kang receive IEEE award
Associate Professor Steven Landry and former PhD student Ziho Kang received an award from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society.
The society awarded the Andrew P. Sage Best Transactions Paper award for Kang’s dissertation research on the development of a new method for comparing eye movement scan patterns. IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems published Kang’s “An Eye Movement Analysis Algorithm for a Multielement Target Tracking Task: Maximum Transition-Based Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering” in February 2015.
