The Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) department will host a 4-hour workshop on Friday afternoon, Sept 8, 2006, from 1:00-5:00 introducing the use of the software program called COMSOL. The workshop will be held in the ABE 116/118 computer lab. COMSOL is a multiphysics modeling program that can be used to model hundreds of engineering appications. We will go through several of the example models provided by the company at http://www.comsol.com. The COMSOL software can be made available on most ECN domain PCs.
