Intermittent Outlook client issues

Some people using Outlook clients are experiencing some strange issues when attempting to log on to their email.

This is an unintended consequence of the migration process starting up, that will move Exchange from Purdue's servers to Microsoft's servers.

We are aware of the issue, and currently have no simple fixes that fully fix the problem. If you are affected, please send us a ticket, and use owa.purdue.edu to access your email using the web interface in the meantime.
