Vivek Thakkar is vice president of U.S. Carrier and Enterprise business at Apple. In this role, Vivek leads a team that manages Apple’s commercial relationships with reseller partners and enterprise customers, including responsibility for new business development, field engineering, and sales operations.

Prior to joining Apple to lead sales and business development, Vivek held a variety of roles across product management, engineering, supply chain, and sales across the telecommunications and consumer electronics industry.

Vivek earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University prior to completing his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Vivek and his wife, Reshma, lived in Chicago, New Jersey, and Singapore before moving to Cupertino together with their twin boys to join Apple in 2014.
