About

Dr. Kathrin Spendier serves as a Quantum Evangelist at Quantinuum. In this capacity, she actively engages with the quantum computing community, offering resources and support to users. She is passionate about promoting quantum computing adoption through educational outreach and community engagement.

Before joining Quantinuum, Dr. Spendier held the position of Associate Professor in the Physics Department at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. There, she undertook significant research in biophysical phenomena and condensed matter physics, while also designing and instructing a range of undergraduate and graduate physics courses. She earned her Ph.D. with distinction in Physics from the University of New Mexico.
