Emily Easton is the Director of Education and Workforce Development at the Chicago Quantum Exchange, a research and innovation hub that convenes academic researchers and industry partners to advance the science and engineering of quantum information, train the next generation of quantum scientists and engineers, and drive the quantum economy. Emily leads the CQE’s strategic education and workforce development efforts, including increasing overall participation with a focus on minoritized students and scientists and training the quantum workforce. Emily holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
