Employee Recognition Awards: Tripta Bhattacharjee, Chris Copeland, Kendrick Hardaway, Michelle Indarjit, and Tammi Thayer

This Spring, graduate staff members Tripta Bhattacharjee, Chris Copeland, and Kendrick Hardaway, and EEE staff members Michelle Indarjit, and Tammi Thayer received Employee Recognition Awards as part of the University’s employee recognition and retention efforts.

This Spring, 5 exceptional EEE staff and grad-staff received Employee Recognition Awards as part of the University’s employee recognition and retention efforts.

This one-time program allowed divisions to nominate up to 10% of their employees (including faculty, staff, post-docs, and grads). Those selected were awarded payments of $1,500 at the end of February.

EEE nominated the following employees:

Tammi Thayer – Associate Director of Advising

Departmental Achievements: Tammi continues to support EEE and its undergrads with exceptional results.

Michelle Indarjit – Senior Administrative Assistant (Graduate Program)

Efficiency Improvements: Michelle has been an asset to EEE in improving the efficiency of the graduate program.

 

Tripta Bhattacharjee – Graduate Student/Staff

High Profile Projects: Tripta has been working on cutting-edge semiconductor research.

Kendrick Hardaway - Graduate Student/Staff

High Profile ProjectsKendrick received a Fulbright Scholarship for collaborative climate impact research at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Chris Copeland – Graduate Student/Staff

Departmental Achievements: Chris has done great work as the president of the EEE Graduate Student Organization, contributing to the growth and success of the department.
